Betalning

Du kan betala med betal/kreditkort accepterade av vår partner; Stripe. VISA, Master Card, Americian Express, Apple Pay. Inga avgifter tillkommer. Alla produktpriser på shoppen visas inklusive 25% svensk moms. 

 

Fraktkostnad

Alla order över 500 kr skickas utan extra fraktkostnad. Dessutom ingår en fri retur för eventuella återköp/byten. 
På order under 500 kr tillkommer en fraktkostnad på 49 kr. Eventuell returkostnad tillkommer om din order ej överstiger 500 kr. 

 

Returer

Du har full rätt att returnera hela eller delar av ditt köp till oss inom 14 dagar från mottagen vara. Du använder enkelt retursedeln som följer med (om din order överstiger 500 kr) annars står du själv för returkostnaden. För att vi ska kunna hantera din retur på rätt sätt måste du fylla i det medföljande returformuläret korrekt. Vänligen notera att returnerade produkter måste vara i originalskickoanvändaoch i ett säljbart skicka när vi får tillbaka produkten. Produkten måste ligga nerpackad i sin originalbox, originalboxen får inte användas som returkartong. För returnering använder du enklast samma kartong som du mottog din vara i. Observera att det är du som kund som är ansvarig för varan till dess att vi får den tillbaka. Spara alltid sändningsnummer.

 

Återbetalning

I händelse av att du vill returnera en vara och kräva ett återköp kan du göra så. Du har öppet köp inom 14 dagar från att du tog emot varan. Fyll i retursedeln noggrant. Vår betalleverantör, Stripe, återbetalar pengarna till ditt betal/kreditkort som du använde vid köpet inom 5-8 dagar efter att vi har kontrollerat och godkänt att varan är oanvänd och i sitt originalskick.

 

Reklamation

Ibland kan det uppstå fabrikationsfel under tillverkningen av en vara som kan vara svåra att upptäcka. Du har då rätt att returnera din vara och få tillbaka dina pengar, alternativt att byta till en ny produkt. Reklamationer skall göras inom 3 månader efter att du tagit emot varan eller så snart du upptäcker felet. Om varan är skadad p.g.a långvarigt användande eller ej tvättade enligt instruktioner är det ej en giltig reklamation och pengar kan då ej återbetalas.

Vänligen notera att vi reserverar oss rätten att avgöra om felet på varan beror på fabrikationsfel eller andra orsaker samt avgör om varan skall repareras, bytas ut eller reklameras/återbetalas. Payments
You can pay with all payment/credit cards accepted by our partner; Stripe. VISA, Master Card, American Express, Apple Pay and Pay Pal. No fee is charged for card payments. All product prices shown includes 25% Swedish VAT except for prices for non-EU markets, which are displayed without VAT. Please note that only products that is selected into the shopping cart is displayed without VAT for non-EU markets. If your delivery address is within European Union (EU), you will pay the price inc 25% VAT. If your delivery address is outside the EU, the price to pay will be without VAT.


Shipment fee
Sweden: All orders above 500 SEK is free of charge. Orders lower than 500 SEK are subject to a shipping charge of 49 SEK.
European Union: All orders above 60 EUR is free of charge. Orders lower than 60 EUR are subject to a shipping charge of 10 EUR.

Norway: All orders above 500 NOK is free of charge. Orders lower than 500 NOK are subject to a shipping charge of 100 NOK.

Shipping charge outside Sweden may change due to daily currency exchange rate. The final shipping charge to pay is as displayed in the shopping cart.


Import tax and duty for customers outside the EU

When ordering from countries outside the EU, you will need to pay import Tax and Duty according to the local rules in your country at the delivery of your order. Therefore the order value does not include Swedish VAT. The amount of Tax and Duty to pay is different in every country. The forwarder will invoice you for the Tax and Duty together with a disbursement fee for the customs clearance service. The forwarder may in some cases ask you for upfront cash payment of the Tax and Duty. In case of a return the customer pays no tax and duty on exports. It´s up to the customer to claim the import costs and VAT back from the customs after export.


Return shipping is free of charge within 14 days from receipt

You have the right to, for any reason, return your whole purchase, or part of your purchase, to us within 14 days of receipt. You just use the return waybill which are included in your package from us. To be able to handle your return, you as a customer must fill in the complete return document that is included in your package from us. Please note that the returned products must be in it's original- and salable condition when we receive it, therefore it's important that hangtags, product box etc. is in it's original quality.

The cost for the return freight is free within Sweden, 10 EUR in rest of Europe, and will be deducted from the payment refund to you. Use the same bag your order was received in. For countries outside the European Union, the Proforma invoice is needed for re-export and must be included in the package. The customer pays no duty on exports, but it is up to the customer to claim back import costs and VAT. Stick the return waybill (included in your bag from us) over the old waybill and return the package to the delivery service. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the goods until they reach us, why it is important you keep the tracking number.


Payment refund

In case of a return we will refund your payment, but to be able to do this you must fill in the documents which are included in the package. With the shipping costs deducted as described above. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. We will refund the payment to your card as soon as we have received the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in it's original condition. 


Complaint

If you consider your purchased product having a manufacturing fault you can return it to us within 2 months of receipt or as soon as you discover the faulty. Contact us at support@wease.se for further return instructions. Shipment cost shall be payed by customer. 

If your item is damaged due to long term use, is worned out or not washed according to the washing instructions it is not considered as a manufacturing faulty and therefore a complaint can't be approved. Please note that we reserve the right to decide wether a faulty product shall be repaired, changed, or refunded.
